Academic Partnerships

This academic partnership took place in the 2022/2023 school year at Marin Oaks located in the Novato Unified School Division. I facilitated a class of 12-15 students. I engaged this youth in a program developed to help them facilitate and meet their emotional and social development.

The pilot program was called "Meet the Future You". This program touched on: mindfulness, self-esteem, self-confidence, drug and alcohol awareness, reactivity and communication (including non-violent approaches), managing their stress levels (self-soothing) and many more life tools to help them succeed presently and into the future.
